Wholesale Horse Ear Bonnets
and Knitted Blanks

For shops

We knit ready ear bonnets, fly bonnets and ear nets wholesale for tack shops, equestrian stores and online sellers. As an ear bonnet supplier we work with small shops as well as with larger stores. The bonnets are made exactly like our retail pieces — by hand, from the same yarn, with the same finishing — only in the quantities you order rather than one piece at a time.

• Minimum order: 5 pieces.
• Free sample: one piece, made within 2 days, so you can check the work before a full order.
• Lead time: from one week. The exact date depends on the quantity, the colours and the finishing, and we confirm it before the order starts.
• Volume pricing: three tiers — from 5, from 20 and from 50 pieces. The price per piece depends on the tier; price on request.
• Brand: the order can be knitted with our BYT logo, or without it. Unbranded and private label orders are supplied without our logo and without our labels, so the product is sold as your own.
• Your logo: a customer logo is applied in rhinestones only, available from 5 pieces — the same minimum as the rest of the order.
• Sizes: pony, cob and full. All three can be mixed freely within one order.
• Colours: any colour to order. We knit any model in any colour, as long as the yarn is available and on sale.

Ready ear bonnets

For sewing workshops and sewing production

We supply knitted ear bonnet blanks to sewing workshops, sewing factories and small sewing production teams that do their own finishing or assembly. There are two options:

• Knitted base without ears.The blank is the knitted piece only. The ears are made and attached by your own production team.
• Fully finished piece.The same product we sell in the shop, with the ears and with the edging and rhinestones you choose.

The rest of the set is optional and assembled per order: edging, rhinestones, a customer logo in rhinestones, and a noise-reducing insert at an extra charge. There is no fixed set — you choose the elements you want, and we knit and finish to that list.

Blanks and finished pieces are both supplied in bulk, in any colour to order.

We also work with customer-supplied yarn. If you have your own yarn, a fixed composition or a colour that has to match a collection exactly, send the material to us and we knit from it. Send the yarn details and the quantity, and we will calculate how many pieces it covers before you ship anything.

What we do within an order

• Knitting — by hand, in the agreed colours and quantity.
• Edging — a contrast edging along the edge of the bonnet.
• Rhinestones — applied by hand, in the pattern you choose.
• Logo — the BYT logo in rhinestones as standard, and we leave it off if you ask. Your own logo is applied in rhinestones instead.
• Noise-reducing insert — available at an extra charge.
• Packing — we pack the order ourselves or use your own packaging; packing is agreed for each order.

Payment and delivery

• Prepayment: it covers the yarn and the materials for your order. The balance is paid when the order is ready.
• Payment: bank transfer, quoted in euros.
• Delivery: arranged across Europe. Shipping and customs are discussed with each order individually.
• Price on request. Send the quantity, the sizes, the colours and the finish, and we will prepare a quotation.
